Pen pals

Hey, I'm new here and I just thought I'd ask if anybody here could recommend me any websites or anything that allow you to keep in touch with someone in Japan, like having a pen pal (via email communications or anything like that). Like a cultural exchange or something.
I tried the friends thing on this site but you need to be at least 18 to sign up (I'm 16).

Have you tried a search of the forum? The topic has (as you might expect) come up before.
