Well, since you are the person who has been most at the page of us all, I don't think this makes you more geek then you already are.

TJP geekiness factor = [posts/(actual date - date joined) - level of Japanese knowledge] + references to anime in username, avatar and signature

I guess that makes me (as of today) = [206 posts/(Current date - date joined= 155 days) -1(Beginner)]+1 reference to anime/manga in avitar = total score 1.33.

Should we count my signature as geeky? That would raise my score to 2.33

Definitely. Hm, the equation needs some fixing:

TJP geekiness factor = [posts/(actual date - date joined) - level of Japanese knowledge] + references to anime/manga in username, avatar and signature + geekiness in username, avatar and signature

That means that a geeky anime/manga reference gets two points!
Should we add something related to the shoutbox to the equation? If that's so, I'm screwed. ;)

Mine would be: [(1025/417) - 1] + 0 + 0 = 1.46

Chris Hart is geekier than I! Darn.

I was thinking Japanese knowledge would be on a scale of 1-10, but I must agree that geekiness in username/avi/sig should be counted.

Just a thought - we might want to include "unusual" locations, such as mine, in this score as well, bumping my score as of 12/16 1632GMT to 3.34

I wonder how many people could figure out my real location from my sig?
