Don't you mean "Tur-duck-en"? I haven't actually had one. I've only seen them on TV. And John Madden isn't exactly a nutrition guru so I'd be a little wary of that one. It might be a little more healthy than the deep fried turkey that's popular here for Thanksgiving.

うなぎ大好き。 Granted it's not really BBQ, but that's how they always translate it (BBQ eel). Yummm... Anyway, there's nothing quite as good as true Southern BBQ.
