Would you ever date a ganguro?
RE: Would you ever date a ganguro?
Can I change my vote from "Only if she's HAWT" to "Gauge my eyes out, please!!!"?

Mana.... *shudders* Who knew a guy in a dress could be so intimidating? I seriously thought I was going to have nightmares after I found out about him...
Then you have to see him live
I once saw him on a Moi Dix Mois Concert. It was Awesome B)
But to the question, if one would date a Ganguro, another question is, would they date YOU? (the average バカ外人)

I'm still trying to figure out if this is a girl or some kind of creepy mask:

All I can say is, this whole fad, it's quite frightening..
I've seen some rather nasty/leathery tanned girls here in the summer, but jeez, thats just wrong...
As for if I'd date one, I'd rather die a "Saw"-worthy death.

The chances of me coming home and finding Elvis in my Kitchen would be higher than me dating one of "those"

There was a story on NPR a week or so ago about a cream scientists found that doesn't dye the skin...it actually increases the melanin making a "true" tan. I can't wait for this to hit Japan. I imagine the ganguro will be able to bathe regularly again and they won't be so orange.

RE: Ganguro still?
I hate ganguro fashion. It's really young girls who want to make a statement because there are few outlets for them to express themselves (except through fashions).

But, I think there will be another fad after ganguro and yamanba go away.

Oh so that's why they don't bathe? So that the precious cream they've painstakingly applied doesn't get washed off? I was wondering as I read the posts what's the connection between "orange face" and "not bathing"?
