T_T:-( my day was going great and now im completly depressed and can only think depressing thoughts…
i have a question are the following characters actually japanese 藷?ｿ

dont know i just got depresed over the last less than an hour and everything beffore that seams like yesterday

1 my english is terible(more than ten years of study or was that nine)
2 my german is a bit rusty(a life time of studdy)
3 my japanese is terible(been studying for one year now)

wheal sorry i try my best at grammer now my gramer seams perfect the first line of a book a page a paragraph or what ever is always written with a capital letter in german not shure of about a sentance but its prefered thou it dossent optically make it better quality to industrial... thou forgetting to much grammer looks stupid and unnatural.

Being depressed is part of life. No one can be happy all the time, I don't even think thats healthy . Just be glad that after today you get it over with.

if you find yourself getting depressed for no apparent reasion it could be a physical problem. You might want to see a doctor if it continues. There are some physical illnesses that cause depression that can be fatal if not treated.

If this isn't a trend but a one time thing then eating properly and getting exercise should be enough.
