Buying used games online?

What's the best place to get used Japanese games online? I'm trying to find a used copy of Ys III: Oath in Felghana (イース フェルガナの誓い) online, and while the limited edition box sets with 7-CD music collections are available quite cheaply on Yahoo!オークション, nodoby is willing to ship overseas. I know that there are some used manga stores that sell online and ship anywhere (eg Mandarake), so I'm hoping that someone knows of something similar that deals in video games.
