"Shikoku" by Masako Bando

I've been looking for a book called "Shikoku" by Masako Bando. It's not a nonfiction book about the island itself. It's a fictional horror story (well, it is called that, but it doesn't seem like "horror" to me. More like a drama). I saw the movie (starring Yui Natsukawa, Michitaka Tsutsui, and Chiaki Kuriyama) that is based on it, and now I want to find the book by Masako Bando. But after checking both Amazon and eBay, I came up with nothing. Has it not been translated into English? I heard it was translated at around the same time as Koji Suzuki's "Ring" book was. If it's available and anyone here knows of any other ways to get it, I would appreciate it.
