Ok...
I totally knew that... i was posting late and night and wasn't thinking, of course it's prime minister. Japan is a constitutional monarchy with a political system not that far different from the winchester system. (therefore it IS prime minister)
Ironicly i always get bitchy at people who ask who the president of NZ is, seeing as we have our queen and all.
