Comedy show ? ?

Has anyone heard of or watched a comedy show whereby the participants are not allowed to laugh at someone or is trying to make them laugh?
If so what is it called?

Oh my God, I remember seeing some of the "Gaki no tsukai" stuff and crying with laughter. Hamada and Matsumoto have to be two of the funniest people in the world, and they are so charasmatic with each other. I absolutely adore both of them ^_^

... Even though I can't understand alot of what they say. Damn Kansai-Ben
