Genki Chapter 3 Difference between いえ and うち
Hi, based on the vocabulary list いえ and うち means home. What is the difference between the both?

In short, いえ means "house", and うち means "home", usually one's own home... but the two can be used interchangeably in a variety of ways. The threads above cover that a bit. I hope this helps.
