Hanging Ghost..What is it called?

This has been bugging to no living end...I've seen it quite a few times and in the anime "Bleach" there was an episode where they pointed it out and named it and I can't for the life of me find that episode It was only pointed out for about half a second so I can't find that 1 second in which they tell what it is....I have attached a crudely drawn representation of the thing I'm trying to figure out.

I've tried googling 'Japanese ghost" or "japanese hanging ghost" but I keep getting the same old traditional ghost stories and legends such as the kappa..

If anyone could just tell me the name of this damn thing it'd be very much appreciated as I could then google up all the info I could ever desire

That is a "teru-teru bouzu" (てるてるぼうず　照る照る坊主), which is "a paper doll hung outside to pray for fine weather" (for those who didn't know ^_^).

I remember that it said if it was hung like it's shown in my drawing that it'd bring sunny days and upside down would be rainy days, but I wasn't 100% sure if I was remembering the right thing so I didn't mention that part
