Need help from Japanese web developer

I am developing a multilingual web site for promoting independent music worldwide. It is called http://www.indizoo.com I need a web developer to contact my web master in regards to some questions he has about Jp style sheets and other subjects. I would like to start a dialogue with Japanese web developers and translators as the indizoo site will be promoted heavily in Japan and it is important that the programming work smoothly and the translations reach our intended audience.
