OK Can anyone tell me why I'm having an issue seeing ALL kana/kanji/whatever
I got all the japanese plug ins (or so I thought) updated IE, tried FireFox, to no avail I see -some- kanji on -some- sites but like the chat room I can't see any and I can't see the kanji it starts out with, and alot of other places! Can anyone assist me with this issue? (Switched Encoding Type between every single japanese one to no avail)

Windows home, sorry forgot to mention that. I found all the IMEs used for officer edition.

Well, if you have the IME's, then it's because the website creator (or your browser) isn't encoding the website correctly. Check your browser's help file on how to do this if you don't know how.

In windows explorer (can't speak for Firefox), do the following:
Go to View -> Encoding -> auto-select
Make sure that's checked.
Once, when I was having problems seeing characters, that had become unselected. When I fixed that, it worked great!
That's all the info I have for ya... try the simple thing first, if that doesn't work, someone else will have to help.
