Aaargh... I've tried so hard and often, to get a copy of this wonderful book, but the orders are ALWAYS screwed up... I've purchased the two other books, but I can't get my hands on this one... If someone has it as an e-book and would send it to me, I will be forever grateful.

What do you mean 'screwed'? I'm getting the book soon and was thinking about ordering from amazon. Nothing special apart from the 'Usually ships within 3 to 5 weeks'.

yeah, they say so, but every 5 weeks I got a note saying "this order needs another 5-8 weeks" and eventually, they canceled my order.

I just bought it from amazon's market place. 26$ instead of 40$ and the book is new... 1-2 business day shipping time... Yay

Btw, how long did it take you to go throught the first book? I finished like last week after about 7 months and I'm starting to review (+ ~2 months).
Pretty happy with the time I'm saving using that method
