Public Domain Haiku?
I'm putting together material for a learning page, and wanted to have a sort of "haiku a day" as part of it... it would have the haiku in it's original kanji/kana format, and below it an English translation.
The problem is that I would like quite a number to use, but have no idea bout finding "public domain" material that could be legally used in such a way.
Any ideas?

You could ask people here and others you know that study/speak Japanese to write some haikus for you to use. Then choose the ones that you think sound good.
As for finding public domain haikus, the idea never even crossed my mind until now, so I'm rather confident I'm useless in advising you there
Edit: I just now realized that I posted to a month old thread, and even assuming I somehow managed to give useful advice, it probly came at a useless time. Also, when the hell did I break 1000 posts?

It's still useful as I haven't gotten back to work on that particular project yet...
Also... I'd say... around 6 posts ago as of this moment.
