I cannot figure out how to install/use the fonts on this page..

On Windows you can just put them in your Windows/Fonts folder. Or you can open that folder, right-click on the whitespace and choose "Install New Font..."
If you can't open the lzh files, try a program like WinRAR.

Should I put an explanation somewhere on the font pages?
Keep in mind that some criticise me for having too much real estate on the pages already, and that they're sometime slow to load because of all the images.
