I can't find the CD that i need to install the japanese language packs on my computer, is there anyway I can find the things I need online or something?

Check your hard drive for a directory named "i386" or "x386"; if present, an image of the CD is stored there. Just tell Windows to look there for the files it needs to install.

If not..., well, I've heard there are torrents with the image, but more than that I'm not saying. Have you checked to see if any of your friends have the CD?

I've had this problem with two of the five computers I've tried installing the language pack on. Just look on another computer for the "i386" folder, move it over to yours and have it install from there. If that's not doable, you can probably find what you need online, as richvh said.
