View topic - why use 「」 and what is that?
As for the Facebook thing, it's there way of notify that you "liked" something and put it in the kakko's to emphasize that you pushed the ii ne or like button in japanese.
ya know the same way it say John doe likes thejapanesepage.com as a facebook notification.
