やめる

Post by Cameron15 » Sat 12.05.2009 5:15 pm

I am a little unsure as to how to use やめる to say stop doing some action.

Ex) 文句を言うのをやめてください。
Please stop whining.

I used の to nominalize the verb phrase and を to indicate that it is the object but I am unsure if this is correct.

Thanks

That's fine! No problem.
