Difference between these request forms

Hello. Not long ago I have confronted with a problem exercise in a book. Please help find out differences, e.g. who is the receiver , the performer of the action, and the degree of politeness.
1) 本を買ってもらいませんか。 本を買ってもらえませんか。
2) 本を買わせてください。 本を買わせていただきます。 本を買わせていただけませんか。
本を買わせてもらってもいいですか。
3) 本を買おうと思っている。 本を買ってもらおうと思っている。 本を買わせてもらおうと思っている。

Remember もらう is "receiving" and いただく is the polite form of 「もらう」, once you keep this in mind, you can slowly figure out who is the receiver and who is the giver.

本をもらいました = I received a book (from someone)
誰に本をもらいましたか = From whom the book was received?

（私は）（雪さんに）本を買ってもらいませんか。Will Yuki buy me a book?
（私は）（雪さんに）本を買ってもらえませんか。Could Yuki buy me a book?

貰わせる is the causative form, this expression is used to mean "X permits/allows/make Y to do something."

(私は）本を買わせてください。 Please let me buy the book.
本を買わせていただきました。 I was allowed to buy the book.
本を買わせていただけませんか。Am I allowed to buy the book?
本を買わせてもらってもいいですか。May I allowed to buy the book?

買おう is the volitional form

本を買おうと思っている。 I'm thinking to buy a book.
本を買ってもらおうと思っている。 I'm thinking you will buy me a book.
本を買わせてもらおうと思っている I'm thinking you will let me buy a book.
