My parent's children
So you know how you use different words for your own family or someone else's family members? Well, what if you are talking about family members pertaining to your own family members?
For example would it be 父の奥さん or 父の妻
私の妹は、両親の子か、お子さん ですか (is my sister my parents ko or okosan?)
