If you want to shout it in a song,
ロック最高！　Rokku saikou. (Rock is the best)
would sound cool.
これがロックさ！　Korega Rokku-sa. (This is Rock)
would be fine too.

If you want to deliver the line calmly,
ロックは永遠なんだ　Rokku wa eien nanda (Rock is eternal)
すべてはロックさ　Subete wa Rokku-sa. (Everything is Rock)
would be rocking.
