Does that sentence say, I think it is more fun to watch a drama with a loved one?? (meaning bf/gf) I hope!! lol

Very close. 恋人と一緒にドラマを見るのはもっと楽しいと思います。sounds more natural.

ことmakes it feel a little stiff, I think のは sounds more natural and casual.
思っています sounds a little odd here too. When we give our opinion it's more usual to use 思います。

Also if you use もっと this sentence also assumes a previous sentence (ドラマを見るのは楽しいけど... )恋人と一緒に見るのはもっと楽しいと思います。
