A couple of questions

Post by Joyodongo » Fri 08.22.2014 9:53 am

Hi, I have some questions about a test text:

What is the meaning of "kusuri wo dasu", prescribe a medicine, take a medicine?

akete?
And I also don't understand the last part about the bath...

Well, thanks in advance for your help.

くすりを出す means ''prescribe a medicine''.

''Take a medicine'' is ''くすりをのむ''(薬を飲む)''kusuri wo nomu''.

I'll prescribe medicines for summer for 3 times (you'll take), but once you take one, when you take the next medicine, please take it (at least) 6 hours after that.

あけて(akete) (the original form is ''あける(akeru)'') means (lit.) ''take time''.
So ''6時間あけて'' means ''take the next medicine (at least) 6 hours after the one you take''.

When you have (high) temperature, it's better not to take a bath.

i hope it would help you.
