Again, I have trouble with the order.
If i wanted to tell someone they are a small and crazy boy(guy, man, whatever, just as long as I get the point across they are a male), what would the order be? I have two verbs and an object, but i still need a subject. And I'm not sure how to put in two verb either. Maybe if the sentence was You are a small and crazy man, it would make more sence. May I have your help one more time?

My guess would be something like (informal):
君は小さくて狂気な男の子
きみはちいさくてしょうきなおとこのこ
君は小さくて狂気な男の子
きみはちいさくてしょうきなおとこのこ

狂気 is a bit strange in this situation (きょうき, not しょうき, by the way).
It's kind of rude to say, but this might work for you.
君はちびな狂った子よね。
kimiwa chibina kurtta ko yone

fuasu's chichakkute is the te form of chiisai. I used the word chibi, which is a more casual and more of a teasing word than chiisai.
What is kichigaijimata? I've never heard that before.

I thought it meant crazy, or insane.

kuruu -- 狂う-- くるう-- is to be crazy
ikaru -- いかる -- is also slang to be crazy or insane.
Haven't heard of きちがいじまた (kichigaijimata). It doesn't even show up in the IME.
There IS きちがいじみる (kichigaijimiru), which means to act or speak in without any sense, but it doesn't look like it is used very often. きちがいじみた行動 (kichigaijimita koudou) would be an example. The kanji won't show up in the IME,though, so I think that lends further credence to the idea that it's not commonly used.
Edit (forgot your computer doesn't read Japanese. You should fix that. It takes only 2 seconds or so)

^^ Harisenbon's info is for being able to write in japanese. You'll also need to set up your web browser to read it.
For Internet Explorer:
view->encoding->more->Japanese
THEN
view->encoding->auto-select
This should put a checkmark by autoselect! If there's already one there, don't click it again, it will uncheck it. When you have this on, it will automatically decode properly. If you turn it off, it will only decode whatever language you select.
If you're on Firefox, you're on your own. I don't know how to make jp work on that because I don't use it.
EDIT: Your browser might have to make a brief download after selecting japanese language encoding. I really can't remember, been a long time....

If you use firefox it's very similar to MIE.
View->character encoding-> auto-detect-> japanese.

君は小さくてクレージーな男の子!
kimi wa chiisakute KUREEJII na otoko no ko!

Tengo una pregunta:
Would the 'ko' be translated as '!' or some type of cant expression like "You're so friggin' small and crazy!!"
