The many ways of saying 'how are you'?

In fact, are there many? O-genki desu ka is a tad too specific, I think. I'm sure we had a thread about this a while back, but I can't locate it. What are some common ways of expressing 'what's up'?

Ikaga desu ka, or simply genki, can be used.
