から means 'because' and the も means 'also.' Do you have more of the context? But I would venture to guess it means 'also because of such circumstances...' 状態 (jou tai) means circumstance or condition.

what clay said sounds about right. if you take it literally i gues it would be "with even from a state where you say. . ." but that doesnt make much sense now does it? ^.^

thanks guys, that's basically how I ended up translating it. Although I didn't give you the full sentence, it made sense given the context...
