Re: Name Pronunciation
HELLO I AM NEW HERE AND JUST TRYING TO GET SOME CLARIFICATION
I am not all that familiar with Japanese but I was under the impression that there was a Yuki Kaida and a Yuko Kaida whom are both voice actors.
Someone above posted that Kaida was not a normal name... Not sure what that means.
I did extensive (well in hindsight maybe not that thorough of a job) of looking up that name meaning (I named my daughter this is 2005)
I did find the meaning that it was a term in baseball but i also found that it meant little dragon as well... I just want my daughter to be able to correctly tell people what her name means...
<--- kaida asked me to post this saying "a ninja hehehe"
Any input would greatly be appreciated!

Re: Name Pronunciation
Why would you give your daughter a first name that is a Japanese family name? That would be like a Japanese mom naming her daughter Jones, Brown, Johnson, Sullivan, Smith, or the like.
Let me guess....you pronounce her name with the accent on the "i".

Never underestimate my capacity for pettiness.
