Well, it depends on how exactly it's pronounced. I'd guess it would be something like ダニエル・キュフナー

Writing names in Japanese is based on pronunciation, not spelling, so unless you can tell us how your name is pronounced, we can't help you. The suggestion in the second post is a possibility.

In that case I think ダニエル・キュフナー is the closest you can get. キュ is a pretty crude approximation of kü, but it seems consistent with other transcriptions of that sound, such as München (ミュンヘン).
Technically ダニイェル would be more accurate than ダニエル, but it's unusual to transcribe "Daniel" that way, and, seeing as how "Danijel" seems to be pronounced identically or close enough to it, there's no apparent reason to transcribe it differently.
