have a bit of a question about this マンバ word, also the way it is used is :
マンバに嫌悪感抱(いだく)いてるってヤツ(that person)でしょ?

I believe マンバ is probably a place name or a person's name.
The translation would probably be something like,
"He's someone who is hated by Manba, isn't he..."
The translation would probably be something like,

apparently this マンバ is ヤマンバ a type of appearance popular among Japanese
also known as パンダーメイク or Panda Makeup, applying Panda Makeup to Tanned person. etc etc etc
