梨道場 or 道場･ポワリュエ or ポワリュエ･道場 or??

G'day all! First post (of a probable gazillion)!
I'm trying to translate terms - hoping to standardize some of our messed up terminology - for my martial art school.
We practice a form of 現代柔術.
The name of the 道場 is Dojo Poirier (the latter literally meaning pear tree in French, it's the surname of both senior instructors), the order following French naming conventions.
My best guess for phonetic transliteration of Poirier is ポワリュエ (po-wa-riyé).
I'm totally lost as to the order into which things should be written and whether or not using the Kanji for pear tree is appropriate for the name of a non-traditional (hybrid, with some techniques borrowed from other styles, not necessarily japanese) predominantely japanese martial art school. Also, can I mix Kanji and Kana or should I write Dojo in hiragana?
Any input would be greatly appreciated,

What a difficult question !
Just my two cents.
It looks to me that each of those three has an advantage.
Pros and cons ?

a) 梨道場 <-- Beauty of all kanji / Requires some explanation
b) 道場・ポワリュエ <-- Exotic charm / Too exotic ?
c) ポワリュエ道場 <-- Standard, maybe / Too normal ? (I personally think you don't need a dot)

What do you make of it, guys?

Personally, I would go with C, as the ・, as well as the name of the 道場 coming afterwards feels odd to me.
Also 梨道場, while having the advantage of being all kanji, has the disadvantage of being a... pear...

Also, isn't it traditional to have the familyname-道場?

I dunno how to apply tradition in this setting because the normal order in French (root then modifier) is just the opposite of English (modifier then root) and Japanese!? The foreign word used with 道場 is French, so what's the proper rule here?
Just don't really want it to sound/read like a (—bleep—)!
