早くも、シグナルの緑の燈と、ぼんやり白い柱とが、ちらっと窓のそとを過ぎ、それから硫黄のほのおのようなくらいぼんやりした転てつ機の前のあかりが窓の下を通り、汽車はだんだんゆるやかになって、まもなくプラットホームの一列の電燈が、うつくしく規則正しくあらわれ、それがだんだん大きくなってひろがって、二人はちょうど白鳥停車場の、大きな時計の前に来てとまりました.

I'm reading a story from the above-mentioned site, but I can't picture anything for うつくしく規則...? Beautiful rules??

うつくしく---- 規則正しく------あらわれ
So not: beautiful rules.....But I'm still not sure what it does mean...

電燈＝electric lights
うつくしく=beautifully
規則正しく= regularly
あらわれ= appeared and...
