4 Mr; (ctr)
5 (Honorific or respectful language) counter for people
うじ family name; lineage; birth

しぞく clan; family
Ex. 源氏 

This has me confused。 Can someone help?

What ever the issue is it would seem to be more of a Translation Questions or Discussion type issue than a Practice Japanese type issue. :)
