Can someone see if this is right?

I'm planning on playing the Japanese version of the MMORPG, Perfect world, and I was wanting to use 日本語の学生 (student of the Japanese language) as my character's name, but I'm not 100% sure if I worded it right...can anyone check it for me please? (And I will not use Google for this...as it turns out that Google is not very accurate with translations on *any* language...)
