It means "I like Inuyashi a lot." (Seen by the "dai" in suki and the "yo" ending). You can use either "ga" or "wo" particles in speech, and it doesn't really change the meaning.
"ga" is saying that something does/is that.
"Watashi ga suki." means "I like you."
"Watashi o suki." means "I like you." too, but it more means that I like you like im performing an action (sort of like saying "I give you.")
In this sentence it doesn't change anything, but in others it might.
