Menu Translation?

Hi. I'm new to the forums. Anyway, I was wondering if anyone could help me translate this menu. http://mr-wok.com/mjapframe.htm I've gotten fed up with their english menu and now I'm going to order off their Japanese menu, dammit! Thnx in advance!

When you say translate, do you mean that you want it in English? Wouldn't that just be the same as their English menu? Or do you want a pronunciation guide?

Also, I assume you want the Japanese transliterated, not the chinese, yes?
