translation question

I believe the following sez that a person is somebody's son. Of course I could be wrong. Anywho, the underlined part I don't understand. Any ideas?

あの人が社長のむすこさんです

社長 means company president, or boss. So yes, it means how you thought: "that person is the boss's son."
