黃家輝＝きいろかずき ？

I've translated my chinese name 黃家輝 to a japanese name きいろかずき. Is this correct ?
I translated 黃=きいろ and 輝=かずき.

My name is actually 黃 家 輝. 黃 is the sir name. 家 is the middle name and 輝 is the last name. Pinyin would be "Huang Jia Hui". When I type きいろ, i will get 黃.
And かずき, can translate to 家 / 輝. So this is how I got the name.....

Chinese names are usually pronounced in two possible ways in Japanese:

1. According to the actual Chinese pronunciation
e.g. 孫文, Sun Wen in pinyin, would be "sunwen" スン・ウェン when pronounced this way

2. According to the Japanese pronunciation (of the on'yomi 音読み type, i.e. the pronunciation that Japan learnt from China many many centuries ago) of the Chinese characters
e.g. 孫文 would be そんぶん, because 孫 is pronounced そん in Japanese and 文 is pronounced (most commonly anyway) as ぶん in Japanese

So in your case, according to the first way, it would be ウォン・カーファイ; according to the second way, it would be こうかき: 黄＝こう、家＝か、輝＝き.
The most common on'yomi pronunciation of the kanji is usually chosen, though sometimes there are some exceptions...

It is my impression that people of importance usually have their names pronounced in the second way, e.g. 孫文 そんぶん, 毛沢東 もうたくとう, 曽蔭権 そういんけん, etc.
Hong Kongers who have a separate English name often get called by their English one instead though, e.g. Jackie Chan is just known as ジャッキー・チェン usually, and not by some pronunciation of his Chinese name.

Ah Malaysia I see, I thought it could be, but since you wrote your name in traditional Chinese I thought Hong Kong was more likely Malaysian Chinese seem to usually use simplified Chinese?

As for whether it "translates" into your Chinese name... I suppose if you consider "Yellow Home Hui" as a correct English translation of your Chinese name, then "Kiiro" is a "correct" Japanese translation in the same way!
