Im asking how to write in Japanese "Happy Brthday" meaning you are with close people you care for on this day, something personal instead of polite.
Im also wanting to know how to write "Be True To Yourself" in Japanese.

I'm guessing, then, that お誕生日おめでとう。 "Birthday congratulations" or "Happy birthday" isn't quite what you're looking for. But a more personalized sentiment would be best from you. You may want to work out some possibilities for what you'd want to say, and someone here would be happy to polish them with you.
As for "Be true to yourself", that would be 自分自身に忠実でありなさい。 "To yourself personally please be faithful."
