Well, はんたいご means opposite word, so maybe はんたいのことば means the same thing. I guess it could also mean opposite phrase or term.

反対の言葉 is the common way to refer to an antonym, I do believe. You can also just say 〜の反対は
「好き」の反対の言葉は「嫌い」だ。
「高い」の反対の言葉は「低い」だ。
My wife has started mimicing a famous Japanese comedian(長井 秀和 毒舌スナイパー) while I type this.
「高い」の反対の言葉は「低い」と「安い」だ。。気を付けろ!
Someone save me.

Haha, cute. Who's the comedian that says, "MACHIGAINAI!" XD (Actually, that might be a bit that's about 2 years old...)

Same guy. He mostly says 間違いない! but sometimes he also slips in a 気をつけろ! The wife and I are renting the old エンタの神様 DVDs. We're completely addicted. It's hard to have a conversation now without us spouting some sort of comedic catchphrase.
Do you remember the guy who always said あれはあれでいいのかな? I think he's one of my favorites.
