This wood hand stamp has a carved bottom with "R.B.S." below several glyphs. The top of the handle has a single glyph. I am not sure if its an artist stamp used to sign a work of art or some type of seal used for business purposes.

photo 1: I can't identify the kanji on the left and right, the middle one is probably 羅 (pronounced 'ra')

photo 2: 上 (pronounced 'ue')
