Next time, I (also) want to be together with you!
Is this how "I would say Next time, I (also) want to be together (with you)!" 今度は私も一緒に!

I'd say: 次回、私もあなたといっしょにいる。
But, anyway, I'm not so sure.

if you want to actually say "want", change いる to いたい
I'd probably use 今度 as well, 次回 seems something I see on anime, when I actually hear a lot of Japanese people say 今度

次回 is more formal than 今度 and is used when talking about meetings, episodes or whatnot.
Depending on situation, I think you would use different phrases.
今度、一緒に行きたい -- next time I want to go with you
今度、あなたのそばにいたい -- Next time, I want to be next to you
生まれ変わっても、あなたに会いたい、花になろう -- When we are reborn again, I want to meet you and be the flower by your side (from a song)
if you're saying it as a response to the same thing being said to you, you can insert 私も into the sentence, right after 今度 or even just say 私も.

So, what I wrote wasn't even close? Then what would 今度は私も一緒に be translated to?

Basically it means something to the effect of "let me join in, too, next time."
