I have to write this for class- very short- I've only been learning japanese for about a month so it's very simple
I can't figure out how to type the "o" particle but it's easy to figure out.
I don't know if i'm using あとで　properly.
just want to know if there are big problems.

私は　げつよび　に　ななじ　おきました。　あさ、　あさごはん　お　たべて、　ミルク　お　のみましあた。　はちじ　に　クラス　に　ほん　お　もつて、　クラス　に　いきました。
わたし　は　にほんご　お　べんきょしました。　みかせんせい　は　クラス　お　おしえました。　わたし　は　さっさてん　に　いきました。　わたし　と　ともだち　は　コーヒー　
お　のみました。　コーヒー　が　あつい　でした。　わたし　の　ともだち　お　はなしました。　あとで、　わたし　わ　うち　に　きて、　おとうさん　に　でんわおかけました。

I'm going to go through this sentence by sentence. Hopefully it will help.

私は　げつようびのななじに　おきました。　

The に always comes just after the time. Also, you forgot the long う in げつようび。

あさ、　あさごはん　お　たべて、　ミルク　お　のみましあた。

You don't need あさ there, as あさごはん can only be eaten in the morning. You can use it, but it's not necessary. You have an extra あ in のみました。

　しちじ　に　クラス　に　ほん　お　もって、　クラス　に　いきました。

Although it's pronounced ひちじ in speech, the correct way to write 7 is しち。 To take is もって, with a small つ. You already said that you brought the book to class, so you don't need to say it again. You can erase the second part. (There is a better way to write this, but it's more advanced. 持って行きました would be the best way.)

わたし　は　にほんご　お　べんきょしました。　みかせんせい　は　クラス　に　おしえました。　

Because Ms. Mika is teaching to the class, you need に. WHAT she is teaching is marked by を. for example, Teach japanese to the class would be クラスににほんごをおしえます。

わたし　は　きっさてん　に　いきました。　

I think you mean きっさてん, not さっさてん. Also, you should say that you went to the coffee shop with your friends. It sounds like you went by yourself, and then your friends suddenly appeared. わたしは　ともだちと　いっしょに　きっさてんに　いきました。 would be better, I think.

When you talk to someone, you should use (someone)と はなしました。

7 is pronounced ひち where you are? That is the first time I've ever heard that. I've always heard it pronounced しち.

しち is apparently hard to say, so all throughout kansai up through chubu they say ひち. They might say it further out than that, but I've only lived in this area.
