I throw up in my mouth quite often when eating. Usually after I do it I lose my appetite (my stomach doesn't want to eat anything it previously rejected). I have to keep a nice face (I could probably say it is delicious on camera) because I don't want to hurt my mom's feelings.

I have a question, is it incorrect to say 愛してる? I see that all the time even though I know that 愛している is correct, can anyone explain this? Just an abbreviation? どうも有賀と!

愛している is the correct, full form, but people don't often use it unless they are trying to be polite (this goes for most ている verbs). The common usage is 愛してる.
Also, your kanji for arigatou is wrong (even though it's not often used)
どうも有難う would be correct.

Yes, unless you're writing a VERY formal letter, ありがとう is written in hiragana
the polite way to write it in kanji is 有難う御座います, if you're at all interested.
