with/to possess?
How would one talk about an object that possessed something? For instance this sentance:
This is your hard drive with bad sectors.
Would it be this or would it use ある?
これは貴方のHard DriveがBad Sectors備える。
If it uses ある, where would the particles be places?
どうもありがと!

Well, if you're going from standard Windows terminology, they use 発見 as the verb (to find) bad sectors or errors.
このドライブにはエラーは発見されました。
Just as an aside, I find it kind of amusing that you used the Kanji for あなた, but then wrote hard drive and Bad sectors in English.

I think you typed the は particle twice, maybe as a typo? Anyway, I'm guessing from what you said that the 漢字 for the pronoun あなた is rarely used? haha
. I'm always unsure of when the hiragana is used and when the kanji is used, I try to use 漢字 as much as I can, but I guess theres a lot of things that they just don't bother using it for? Anyway, I was wondering because I have this HD that is all beaten up by a hammer so I wanted to take a picture and write on it "This is your hard drive with bad sectors." Is saying that exactly impossible in Japanese?
これはあなたのドライブにエラーが発見されました。
Wrong I'm guessing?
どうもありがとう! :D

Nope, the は goes there as the subject marker. I *believe* が would be fine there, but I'm not sure. I wasn't sure of the exact phrasing of the bad sectors thing so I pulled the plug on my windows machine and waited till it booted up again and read the error message.

FWIW, the EDICT project has a dictionary file of japanese computer terms:

http://ftp.monash.edu.au/pub/nihongo/compdic.gz
http://ftp.monash.edu.au/pub/nihongo/00INDEX.html#dic_fil
for instance:
不良セクター (ふりょうセクター) (n) bad sector;
might come in handy...
