HELP!!!!!!!
How do u say "What is in your bag" in Japanese...all i know is that i have to use mono s thing but i don't know the structure

You don't really say なんもの in Japanese. you definately don't say なにもの, as that's a curse along the lines of "what the hell" or "who the hell are you?"
I would suggest something like
あなたのかばんの中に何がありますか?
I just saw that mo, had written the same thing, except in reverse order. Count this post as confirming his sentence, then.
