RE: translate song for me please
A word for word translation will not help you as much as you think it will. Each word cannot be translated directly, because a lot of the words are simply particles that indicate parts of speech, and have unique uses based on context, and all you would end up doing is making associations that are either incorrect or only correct some of the time.
Your best bet is to start learning the language from the ground up. Start with hiragana and katakana, then begin to expand your vocabulary. Zeo and Dai's vocabluary forum is a good place to start.
Good luck in your learning!

of course there are many online dictionaries you can use and you can easily find them by searching google and going to the top results, but one that I use on my computer is Kanjibrowse.

Very useful i think, also handles chinese if you're interested in that too.

This is what I use for looking up japanese. It lets you search with both kana and kanji, with its own built in IME.
J-Lookup
I've been extremly satisfied with it, and it can use any EDICT-based dictionary (comes with one of its own, as well)
