how do you say this?
how would you say "i see you"? would it be watashi wa anata miru? if you added a ka to the end would it become do you see me or do i see you?

In what context? In a game of hide-and-seek, or in a general, "yes, I can see you, I'm watching you jump up and down" or what?
For the record, students of Japanese WAY overuse pronouns. Japanese tend to prefer not to use them. If I were playing hide-and-seek with Tanaka, I'd say "Tanaka-san wo mita." If he's doing something weird and gets on TV, and calls me to ask if I see him on the news, I'd say "Tanaka-san wo mite-iru."
