Whenever I look up

for a translation it always comes up with

It is the ぱ or the ぱ it is ぱ

or something like that, but why won't it translate ぱ?? What does the sentence mean in japanese?

Sounds like something silly, like a tongue twister of sorts.

Best I can come up with is something like "pop-thump-POP!"

What's this from, a manga? Looks like some onomatopoeia. As such, it's just a sound, no meaning, really.

I'm guessing it's a just a sound effect, like a fanfare perhaps? Maybe in English we would say "dun duh-duh daaaan" or something.
