Biology - seibutsugaku - 生物学
Physics - butsurigaku - 物理学
Chemistry - kagaku - 化学
Mathematics - suugaku - 数学
Religion - shuukyougaku - 宗教学

I'm not sure what you mean by "add maths" (Advanced Mathematics?) or "English science and technology" (Science and technology developed in England? or published in English? How does this differ from science and technology in general?) Where multiple choices were in my dictionary, I chose the one ending in "gaku" (study) since it seems you're asking about course titles or something similar.

Additional mathematics - probably mashina suugaku - 増しな数学
Assuming you meant "of England" rather than "English language" (an important difference in Japanese):
English science and technology: igirisu no rikou - イギリスの理工
